We are the exclusive wood chip exporter from the world-class wood chip-loading facility of East Coast Terminals, located in Savannah, GA. Utilizing two storage pads, our facility possess 120,000 metric tons of wood chip storage capacity.

We are privileged to work with Peeples Industries for the storage, handling and loading of our wood chips. Led by Frank Peeples Jr., Peeples Industries is the industry leader in the storage and loading of wood chips and wood pellets in the USA. Since 1978, Peeples Industries has received, stored and loaded more than 350 wood chip carrier vessels representing more than 13 million metric tons of wood chips; with over 50% of that volume being loaded on Cogent’s behalf since we began working together in 2005.
